today i had fun! :D
cos' i met up, like finally, with the 5 babes!! :DD

ohyeahs. the main point for this post is not only what i've done today, but also, what i've learn from reading the WORD!
ehh ehh.
his word is very powerful one lor!!
and.
when i was reading, i actually dont understand anything about it.
but after i continue reading, then i get what is that story talking about.

okays.
the story i want to talk about is between Balaam and Balak.
its at Numbers 22-24 (:
in short short summary.
the story is about Balak, inviting Balaam over to his land.
cos' he heard the Balaam cann bless and curse people, i think.
then he want balaam to curse the people of israel, whom went over to their land.
(aiya i think the story is like that. i will go read again carefully okays.)
then balaam would always ask him to build 7 altars for God, then give offering.
then he will go to one side and listen to what God has put in his mouth to say to the people of israel.
but for 3 times, balaam blessed israel with his mouth.
cos' God says that israel is his beloved, whom he has brought them out of egypt.
and balaam listens to God, so God wants him to bless them, he bless them.
balak was anrgy that balaam did not curse them like how he want them to.
balak keep changing places, changing sides so that balaam would see the another side of the israel and will curse them.
but neither did that happen.
balaam blessed them even more.

so somehow.
this story is like speaking that.
we are always like balak.
keep wanting our way.
and we keep changing here changing there.
even though we know that that is God's will.
but somehow, we still hope for that tinny winny that God will change his mind and change to the thing that we desire.
but didnt we said to him that we let him have the ultimate control of our life.
didnt we say we submit our lifes to him alr.
didnt we say that we will follow if that is His will.
but everytime, we would always want our will to be done, instead of him.
maybe in the midst of the thing, we do not know what we are doing.
so we claim that, no arhs. i got listen to God. i never follow my own will.
but, anyways.
let us try again.
to listen to God, and go according to his will.
for he promises us.
'For his plans are to prosper us and not to harm us.'

then on the way home.
i listened to a sermon from Pastor Kong Hee.
so he talked about dreams.
and there, he said that there are 7 stages to dreams.
and he mentioned this verse, which really like enlighten me and make me put more faith and trust in God.
'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. for nothing is impossible with God!'
dont you think its like, whao.
if God is for me, who can be against me :D

and also, we need to cross over our flesh!
you know for yourself.
that sometimes when we pray.
we would think of other things.
like what do i do after service later.
what can i have for my lunch.
who shall i hang out with later.
its like those things keep coming into the mind.
but come on!
lets train ourselves.
to kick those thoughts away!
but to keep our eyes on Jesus!
cos' i think. and i strongly feel.
that Jesus is more WORTHWHILE than ANYTHING ELSE ON EARTH!
without Him, you are NOTHING!
and you CANT DO ANYTHING.
cos' its by your own strenght, which you would be depleted one day(:

im just totally so hungry hungry hungry now!
i guess i got to rush my project later, which is due on monday.
at the same time, waiting for (L) to ring my lollipop(:
